The slots for the shoe organizers did not line up nicely. I had to make the holes slightly bigger. I did this by putting a knife in the hole and scraping out the excess plastic that had not been removed at the factory. After I did this, the shoe stackers worked, but it was time-consuming, and I was disappointed with this product because of the adjustments I had to make.

These adjustable shoe slot organizers are a smart idea if you’re short on closet space but long on shoes. The double-deck design is meant to save up to 50% of space, and conceptually, it really does help reduce clutter and make everything look more organized. The adjustable height is supposed to work well for sneakers, flats, heels, and even some collectible shoes without squashing or misshaping them. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the material quality. The PP plastic is weak and brittle, and I broke half of the sets just trying to put them together because they wouldn’t snap into place due to the holes being too small for the latches to snap through. Luckily I took a picture beforehand at least to show what they look like. For something intended for everyday use, the durability simply isn’t there, and they can snap cleanly with minimal pressure or damage. The functionality isn’t there. Overall, these organizers could be practical and very helpful tool for saving space, but the fragile construction makes them hard to recommend at this price point.
