Matthews Wychwood Strong White Flour - 16kg Bag (Single Sack)

Started making my own bread in an attempt to cut down on plastic waste, and this strong white flour is definitely one of the best I’ve used and produces lovely soft light fluffy crumb with a nice tiger crust that I prefer. My pocket psycho actually eats the crusts on his school sandwiches now, which in turn cuts down on his bedroom bin based penicillin production.A win on all fronts I feel.

So far used for 2 sourdough bakes. Very impressed. I've used many flours and this is up there with the best. Produces a lovely smooth dough with excellent rise, crust and crumb.
