We just purchased a new bedroom set for our young children and the California Proposition 65 sticker was slapped on the back of the dresser. So we decided to find a way to remove the formaldehyde chemical from the new furniture without having to set it all up outside to air out in the hot, humid, rainy Florida weather. After searching online, this product was recommended to break down the formaldehyde and other cancer causing chemicals on furniture, as well as to use for cleaning and deodorizing. Perfect. Until today. I recieved my order and after opening my package, was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. This product claims to be SAFE for humans and pets. It also claims to be non-toxic and earth friendly. However, it neglects to warn potential buyers/users about exposure to its own chemiclas. It contains Titanium Dioxide, which ALSO causes cancer. WHY would I use this product, which can can cause cancer, to break down chemicals on my furniture THAT ALSO CAUSE CANCER? This product comes with the same California Proposition 65 warning that my furniture came with.

If you follow instructions and warnings this is an amazing product! I have a cloth love seat that a roommates filthy dog LOVED to jump on. The stink was at the point of where I was ready to just toss this piece of new furniture out. This has been the ONLY thing to eliminate the odor.Things to keep in mind:-The formula is THICK. Dilution is the key to using this product! I used WAY less than the bottle recommenced. I put 2 fingers Width of formula and the rest of the bottle water. I had to hold the bottle upside down to get it to break up a clog in the squirter.-it can leave a white residue, but as the bottle states, all you have to do is wipe the area with a cloth and then you can use a carpet or spot cleaner.

Don’t bother. Huge mess. Tons of work. Totally ineffective for getting chemical odor out of mattress.

I do believe this made my antique wooden medicine chest smell even more strongly of old-people perfume than before using it.Amazingly non-effective. Plus it causes cancer, the label says--an additional anti-bonus.

Bought this product after reading their blog claiming it can remove the formaldehyde smell. Followed instructions and applied it twice. Didn't even notice a damn thing. Save your money.

I saw this recommended on you tube by a pet owner. This is perfect for my sectional sofa. Took all odors out left by my dog without damaging the material. Eco friendly and safe to use around kids and pets.

I purchased this for new laminate flooring. Used up the entire thing and it didn't help one bit with the odor removal.

The product definitely got the dog odor out of my couch but it’s not very user friendly when it come to spray bottles. Went through and ruined 3 bottles before I just got out the old bucket and towel.
