Great read, best read before a system implementation instead of after
The first 28 pages of this book are a great overview of the AML/CTF industry and the challenges it faces. The entire book is insightful, with a focus on transaction monitoring. Anyone engaged on the transaction monitoring side should read this book to get a firm understanding And even if you're not in transaction monitoring, but aspire to run a program, its a necessary read. In short, if you're in the industry, read it.
