Copper Chef Casserole Pan with Lid, Fry Basket, and Steamer Plate, 4-Piece Set - Copper

We were gifted a pan similar to this, and when it did finally start losing it's best qualities, I shopped for another. I found some sets that seem overpriced to me, but if you can find a sale, these are pretty nice to have. Won't last forever, but easily long enough to get your money's worth if you take the basic normal precautions like no metal utensils, no harsh scrub pads, etc. During the prime of it's life, nothing sticks, easy to cook with and they are extremely easy to clean!

I use this on the stove in place of a sauté pan. It’s actually nice having the higher sides because I can stir briskly and not worry about food flying out. It seems to take a little longer to heat up than my regular sauté pan, but now I know this, so I just start a few minutes early. Nothing sticks and super easy to clean. Great in the oven too.

Love the size, quality and extremely easy to clean. Great for roasting, goes from stove top to oven and the size works for multiple recipes. Have bought two more as gifts. Would recommend it to anyone!

I love this Pot,I was able to roast a small turkey in it . Once the turkey was done there was no hassle with taking it out of the pit. I also was able to fry chicken in it and the cleanup was superb!! Just beware of the handles they become extremely HOT you will need to use mitts when transporting from the oven nevertheless I'm happy with the purchase!

cooks good, great size can cook 4 hambegers at once. this is my second one. the first one got real hard to clean every thing stuck to the bottom

This pan is great not only because i's easy to clean, but also because of it's shape and size. Sone times I use it as a frying pan and at other times I use it to make a stove top casserole. I could also use it in the oven or, with the basket (included) I could boil pasta or noodles and use the basket to strain them. The steamer plate could also be useful to steam vegetables or fish. I was surprised that it wasn't heavier than it is, which is a good thing. It heats very evenly and haven't burned anything yet. At first I was concerned about the depth, but that proved to be an advantage because, when frying, the grease doesn't splatter our to the stove top as much. Overall, it is one pan/pot that has many uses and performs very well.

My cooking is almost fool proof with these pans. Best Non-Stick surface I've ever encountered! Excellent heat distribution. Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. I recommend avoiding using metal cooking utensils so you don't ruin the finish. I have quite easily and frugally found heat proof silicone utensils to cook with. I absolutely love cooking in these!

Good on top of electric stove (regular & induction settings), inside electric oven, and used on my NuWave Induction cooktops! Awesome product for boiling, deep-frying, slow-cooking. Is large, lightweight and easy to clean. I bought 2 of them! Thanks ... great product.
