It wasn’t hard to go on but I needed to use some strength to pull it. It’s not rolling down which is amazing. Hopefully it works to help the pain. My legs don't feel like lead at the end of the and are not overly swollen, which is amazing! They also help with being able to move better when I am walking throughout the day. I sit a lot for work, and I am always hurt otherwise buy the end of my day. With these sleeves, they stay in place and don't pinch, which is what had kept me from looking at these before. I have noticed wearing them daily has helped me in being able to get up and my exercises with less pain I am very pleased with this.
