Best Pizza stone ever
Got two of these now best pizza stone ever and the cutter is brilliant

Makes really good pizza crust
We have not yet used this on our bbq, but have made a thin crust pizza several times in our oven at 500 degrees. It turns out every time perfectly baked with a crispy bottom finish. When done baking, we let the stone cool before cleaning it, then let it dry completely, before the next use, as recommended by the manufacturer. We are quite pleased with the results.

Smell's terrible while baking
The stone itself appears to be of a decent quality, however the several times I have baked something on it (cookies, French fries) in the oven the odour it releases is almost unbearable. I would say that some of that odour is imparted to the food itself. I'm very apprehensive about continuing to use the stone because I don't know if the fumes are safe to breathe. I had a Pampered Chef stone previously and never had this issue. Stuff sticks to this stone as well, although I know with the Pampered Chef stone it took years of grease to build up to make it anti-stick. I'll likely not use this stone long enough to get to that point. Planning to get a Pampered Chef stone again.

Hay un antes y un después de preparar pizza en piedra. La diferencia es notable. Esta piedra funcionó perfecto en las primeras dos o tres veces que la usé, sin embargo cayeron ingredientes de las pizzas en ella con el uso, por el alta temperatura se carbonizaron. Ahora está manchada y al siguiente uso desprende humo que sale del horno y pica.

Pour une pizza BBQ parfaite
J’en avais eu une identique lors de l’achat de notre BBQ Napoléon et nous l’avions brisé par inadvertance. Cette pierre à pizza est parfaite pour les pizzas sur BBQ. J’étais bien contente de la trouver sur Amazon.
