There you go again. Doing your all-day comfort thing. Making us feel so good on our feet. With excellent arch support and legendary comfort, you let us stand longer than ever. And with great styles in a range of heel heights, you have us feeling all tingly inside, just like the day we first met. When wife and husband team, Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup discovered the world's most comfortable shoe in a tiny shop in Denmark in 1990, they just had to bring some home for their friends. When their friends tried them on, they told their friends. And just like that, a shoe company was born. Now Dansko not only sells their original clogs, but also heels, boots, sandals, wedges and flats too! Every style features the Dansko DNA - materials and construction carefully selected to promote good foot, leg and back health, so that you can stand better, for longer. Say goodbye to choosing between looking good and feeling good. And say hello to having it all. See more

So many compliments.
I have been wearing dansko’s for almost 10 years now. Love that there are so many pattern/color choices for a shoe that is not really considered “stylish”. These are the only shoes I will wear to work, they are a bit snug at first but will stretch a bit with wear. I have pairs that I’ve had for 5 years and still wear. At the end of a long day with patients my feet don’t hurt at all, not like they would when I would wear tennis shoes that were just as expensive. I usually wear an 8.5 and wear a 39. Keep in mind that your heel should slide up and down slightly when you walk for a correct fit.

RN approved ;-)
Floor nurse here. Have always loved Danskos, still love Danskos. Slightly wide across the forefoot but I expected that and I compensate with slightly cushy socks. My feet are happy in these for my 12 hour shift plus my 30 minute walk home.First time I ordered this lighter color (black and dark brown before)... I like the honey, and get lots of compliments.

The quality is still good. My first pair of Oiled clogs lasted roughly ...
I've worn Dansko clogs for 10 years. I'm aware that they have moved their factory to china after their contract with Sanita ended. The quality is still good. My first pair of Oiled clogs lasted roughly 6-7 years of heavy use. I loved them. I went with patent (shiny finish) clogs in both Sanita and Danskos. All of them cracked in the toe box where it bends at your toes. 3 pairs, all the same thing, cracked leather. I hesitantly went back to the oiled clogs and gave them 1 last try. When I removed them from the box I noticed how dry they were. This was the driest, thirstiest leather I have ever seen in my life. I grew up around horses and I'm very familiar with leather oiling, conditioning, etc. I broke out the only oil I had, just plain vegetable oil. I applied it to the clogs with a paper towel. It Sucked up so much oil!! I kept applying until it could not absorb anymore oil. FYI you can use any type of medium weight oil such as canola oil, olive oil or the traditional neets foot oil for leather. leather conditioner is not enough, you need to use oil. I had a realization with the patent leather shoes. They are most likely using this same bone dry leather that they use for the oiled leather and then slap the patent finish on top. If you leave leather in that dry of a state, it will crack! So far these have been awesome and are working great. They have good arch support. They are a little wider than the Sanita clogs but not too wide. You don't' have to wear thick socks to make these stay on your feet. Remember you should be able to get a pinky width space between your heel and the back of the clog and your foot should slightly lift up out of the back of the clog.

Questioning My Loyalty
I have been a big fan of Dansko for over 20 years. I've had pairs of the Professional clogs that have lasted years and years and other than a couple of barely visible scuffs, they have looked great. This most recent pair, though, has worn out like no other pair I have ever owned. I guess my toes rub sometimes when I walk. I've never noticed in any other pair of shoes, but this recent pair of Dansko clogs has shown that. Have you experienced this breakdown of the materials before? I believe they have changed the "leather" that they use. I will say Dansko customer service was great, but if this happens to my new pair, I won't be buying them anymore.

The oil spill look is a coating that rubs off
I’m disappointed with this buy that I was very excited about ordering. My first danskos after 14yrs of nursing. They fit well. Can’t complain about that. They are on the heavier side so if you are putting on the miles across a hospital they get to be a bit much. My big disappointment is that this fun oil look is a coating on the shoes NOT part of the material therefore if you flick the brakes/drive gear on a gurney from underneath you will completely ruin the look of your shoes in one shift as I did. Now I have ugly expensive shoes 😩

A worthy splurge!
I rarely buy shoes online unless they are a brand and style I’m familiar with, or if I know I can return them to a brick and mortar store because shipping can be a major hassle. I ordered these because I had wanted them for a while but no retailers within a 30 minute drive of me carried them. I am so pleased!! I wear a solid US 8 in 98% of shoes with scant variation, although my Birkenstock’s are a 38 EU, but the 39 in these fits like a freakin dream!!! They are ever so slightly looser on my left foot because my right foot is my dominant side and where I tend to lean, but it’s not noticeable enough for me to be bothered by it. The color is adorable and beautiful while still being just fun and funky enough and will look great with both jeans and my dress pants for work! You cannot go wrong with the amount of support these provide! Yes, they are firm, but as an avid wearer of orthotic shoes (weird for a 28 year old woman to say, but you only get one body!), they are an absolute dream to wear.

Takes time to break in but good for wide fit
I bought it a week ago and I`m still not 100% comfortable in them. I work on my feet all day and I was hoping that they`ll be great. They provide lots of space for your toes which is great and the fit is generally comfortable but the bottom of my feet stills hurts a bit after walking in after a 5-6 hours. They take time to break in, more than other kind of shoes. They are a bit too hard in terms of insoles. I am hoping that I will get used to them in a few weeks` time... Give it a try if you have the money.

Sizing half a size down
This shoe is half a size too big for me and I ordered my regular size but the arch in the shoe secures my foot while in the shoe....I can put almost 2 fingers at the back

Fairly good
Fairly snuff fit over top of my foot (I have a high instep). They are comfy however, fairly unforgiving in terms of give in the sole.

Fab, stylish and oh so comfortable
This is my third pair of Dansko clog , they are fab. Buy them just a little too big as they are not designed to fit perfectly
