Turns cardboard into butter.
I am a chef and I am also a knife nut. I have spent many thousands on all kinds of knives over the years. I can now spot a potential diamond from the dull rubbish at a glance. I was intrigued when I saw this and as I was in the process of a spring clean and lounge makeover I needed a knife to cut through the excess tonnage of cardboard for packing off into the recycling process. I thought I would give it a whirl as cardboard is a notorious duller of blades akin to chopping rock. This small serrated stainless blade became a revelation. I was carving up thick boxes with accuracy and calm, piling the pieces into tidy stacks (usually it is a case of Jack the Ripper slashes with accompanying choice language) It was so good I immediately ordered another but believe me the first one is showing no sign of giving up its sharp edge. Please go and buy one. Even if you think don't need it. You will find you couldn't live without it. Oh and by the way nobody anywhere is tipping me for this review-it is due to my appreciation of a good blade.
