Spencer’s as fast as he looks.

Having recently gotten back into model railroading, I wanted to update my Bachmann Thomas collection. I only wish my dad got Spencer sooner. His running gear is mesmerizing to watch considering how big his driver wheels are. Not to mention he runs super fast. A must for a Thomas collection.

You replaced my defective train with a defective train in opened package!!

The first Spencer‘s face came off I returned it and got another one the second one’s face came off and the the packaging was open so I knew it was in trouble I believe you sent a returned item for my replacement so I’m a little bit irritated because I buy a lot from you and a lot of Trains!!!

i bought this gift for my nephew as a make up settlement. He is a Thomas Train fan and loved it. He does have a huge collection of Thomas but this train needs metallic tracks so it may be beginning of a new craze.

It's OK but bachmann quality is poor overall

Stability ? It stays on the track just fine. It's one of the better bachmann Thomas series engines. The overall quality of bachmann is lacking, not well made or durable, only bought because it's the only maker of Thomas series ho scale trains. It's a shame because the Thomas legacy with kids is what creates the demand, overall bachmann products are poorly made especially for the price, their customer service is not impressive either, it's a shame to run a legacy business into the ground. The only reason I purchase any bachmann products is because I can't find it with another manufacturer. Bachmann is making money now but leaving a poor impression for future business
