Amazing customer service
I've been using this for about 14 months. Ran into a issue where my car was not reading a charger and they helped me out over the phone so quick. The’ye are some companies that’ll just reimburse you a replacement to fix the issue, but I love that this one showed me how to fix a very minor problem. In all honesty that very simple fix that was most likely due to simple wear and tear saved me at least $400 for a new charger. Also if I was waiting for a replacement it would have been like 6 hours at several fast chargers over the week so I could commute daily

Daily Use 4+ Months
(2022 Audi E-Tron) I have this charger plugged into an old welder outlet in the garage at the place I am renting. It has been used daily, unheated / uninsulated garage through a midwestern winter. So far so good (4 months). The cord length is perfect for me, whether or not I back-in my vehicle.NOTE: When I first got this charger, the "tooth" that lifts up to release when you press the button to unplug from your vehicle was too deep / aggressive, and was preventing unplugging from my vehicle.I had a few frantic minutes of figuring out how to break this thing off my car, without hurting my car.I was able to wedge a very thin instrument to flip the catch all the way up and release it. I then took a file to it and shaved off about a milimeter of plastic off the catch "tooth" to ensure it wouldn't get stuck again. In retrospect, I figure that is the price for the "made in China" nature of this product, but I won't lie, AT THE TIME, I was sweating/swearing, using the vehicle's emergency charger release lever, panicking about how I was going to get this dang thing off my car for a good half an hour. Caveat Emptor...YMMV, etc.

Great customer service
We have had the charger for 6 months without issue. I charges our 20kw battery pack on our Outlander PHEV without issue. Yesterday, it would not work ans set of the alarm. I caled customer service, we discssed the issue, and they showed me where an cklip had been slightly bent and how to correct. Works perfectly again. The customer service was fast, efficent and very plesant to deal with.

Not built to last
It lasted 7 months. Now it shows the red fault light continuously. If you buy this, get the Amazon extended warranty. The manufacturers claims of weather resistance and durability are false. Picture shows where water corroded the circuit board.

Reliable Home EV Charger, Easy to Use, save money. Great customer service.
After buying my new EV car I was concerned as I couldn’t find near me the super charger and whatever I found on my way home from work was always occupied. So I found this charger on Amazon and couldn’t be more happy because now I sit in the car every morning with full battery. I use my dryer outlet. It is not very quick with capabilities of the electrical system in my home but I did not change anything in the electrical system and saved a lot of money. Thank you for your product.Customer service is great. Any question that arose before I purchased this product was answered immediately!.

Good Starter, Perfect Length
Bought my first EV (Hyundai Ioniq 5). Needed a charger that would work on my unused dryer outlet. The cost to have a new line ran up to the front of the garage was way too much after buying the car. The extra length allows me to plug it into the back of the garage, run it through the garage, and even enough too not have to back into the driveway. It charges the car at a nice and safe rate and with my Solar & battery, I can charge the car for free: USING THE SUN (last picture). Compared to other units it seems expensive but the cost of having an electrician do a ton of work + moving shelving units along the wall…. Then having to spend roughly the same amount on a similar unit made this price a little better.Literally the only Con I have is the way it was wrapped took effort to untangle. Made me feel like that scene from Christmas Vacation where he hands the son the ball of Xmas light and says “hmm but of a tangle here”

Worked well
Everything worked well so far. The charger is 240V / 16A (3.2kW), which is faster than the backup charger I had received with my e-Golf, and of course not as fast as the 32A chargers (like this one, which are twice as fast, but twice as expensive as well.It came in a neatly packed box (can be seen in the pictures), and I would keep it, since there is a lot of cable, and the box seems to organize it well. The cable is in two pieces (again can be seen in the pictures), I'll touch that in a minute. The final connection is a NEMA 14-50 Plug, which was the one used in my workplace.I asked for the longer cable, since it allows charging when I cannot park directly next to the outlets. However there is a caveat, the longer cable should not be kept in a spool, but rather should have a random loop. Otherwise that essentially becomes a coil, heating up, and possibly causing a fire hazard. (This is general knowledge when you handle large currents over long cables). However I had issues with heating extension cables before (when I was using the 110V backup charger with a wrong extension cord). So make sure you use the correct length, and any slack is not tuned into a coil.Overall I was satisfied with the charger and for the given cable length and power level it seem like a good deal
