The Night Before Christmas Hardcover: The Classic Edition Hardcover – Illustrated, October 11, 2011

I’m so glad I bought this well before Christmas. Christmas is a big time in my little family, and we watch The Polar Express and all the other Christmas movies. This year, we have our first baby boy, so I knew I wanted to get him all the classic Christmas books to read on those cozy nights next to the Christmas tree to make all his Christmas memories. We got The Polar Express book and this one - The Night Before Christmas. The size of the book is great for curious eyes, the art work is lovely. Some of the pages expand out beyond the sides of the book to give a ‘panoramic’ scene of Santa landing on the roof. I love that! I’m so excited to read this to our baby boy come December!

It is a classic story, and the illustrations here are indeed beautiful. Kids love it and read it multiple times during the holidays.

The illustrations are beautiful, and one of the pages is even a foldout page which is really fun! The illustrations for that page span twice the length!My preschooler was absolutely captivated by the story and illustrations. A charming classic that I'm excited to read to her for years to come!

This is such a classic Christmas gift for little ones that can be kept and passed down for generations! I bought several of these to give to our friends for Baby's First Christmas!
