There were so many things about this hot cocoa sample that made me nervous to purchase.PACKAGING: Q - Would these come very damaged like others have experienced? A - Packaging arrived with zero issues. Only 1 pod had a minor dent. (see photo)VARIETY: Q - Would I get the variety advertised and would I get a bunch of duplicates? A - The listing clearly states "individual flavors may vary", so I knew I couldn't go by the product picture alone. I was very relieved to see I didn't get duplicates at all. I got 2 of each individual flavor. (see photo)KERUIG: Q - Reviewers said it didn't work or exploded in their Keurig. 😳 A - I figured I would try the one that was dented first because if that one worked, they all would work. I had zero issues. It worked flawlessly.TASTE: Q - Will it taste gross or watered down? A - A couple of things here. First, if you set your expectations, you should not be disappointed. This is by no means high-end cocoa. It's rather ordinary. If you want robust deeply flavored, you probably shouldn't be looking at a bunch of flavored cocoas. Now with that said, I noticed that in the packaging and on the listing, there are no directions so you don't know if this is a 6, 8, or 12oz serving. I have a Keruig mini that has a "strong brew" button. Starting out I went with the 8oz. and hit the strong brew button. It came out ok. Yes and Yes.

these clogged the coffee maker. I opened them separately, added water and most had acceptable flavor

I reordered this at the start of the holiday season. Second year in a row I’ve used this as a subtle (very sweet) way of getting into the holiday spirit and it actually works!Lots of flavors to choose from, which I love. A few that also pair fantastically with a splash of whiskey, delicious! My favorite is the peanut butter nougat and the Mexican Chili. One box lasted around 3 months so I found this to be a great deal. Definitely ordering again next year.

Very tasty variety of chocolate beverages. The only caveat I have is do not try to make a cup larger than 8 oz. as the flavors water down very quickly.

While these meet the requirements for taste they often fail to work properly in the Keurig because they won't let the water mix properly. In some cases I had to cut them open and mix it with the cup uf water. Nice variety of interesting flavors.

Husband loves the various flavors. Was disappointed because it showed Butterscotch in the picture but that wasn't one of the flavors he received. Was hopping for that one because if he liked that one was going to order the box with that flavor only.
