A Dr. recommended Tuli'S heel cups to me for ongoing foot pain and I now cannot imagine not using them in my shoe.

Fantastic fit
These heel cups are great. Quality is super. Lasts me about 1 year per pair. I use them in all of my foot ware.I prefer the heavier ones, these are a bit thinner.

These are comfy, makes a soft pad for the heels. Didn't help my pain relief much, but it may work for others.

Wish I had look up before paying insurance $81 for the exact cup. Took them a week to get them to me but when I ordered more it only took two days to get two sets for $32.
