works great so far and has held up good. Many great meals made with this smoker. Lots of room for large meals.

First order had to be returned because it was completely damaged in shipping. They fixed that right away. 5stars for that. Second one came. Set it up and worked great for 3 smokes. Then it started shutting off Turn it back on. Work for a little and it shuts off. Had ribs in there for 3 hours. Shut off randomly throughout the cool. If i can figure out how to get a new control module for this and it fixes it then I’ll change the rating Worked great for 3 sessions after that it won’t stay onEdit…. After figuring out who to get in touch with we didn’t have another issue when we replaced the control module. Lots of room to smoke. Fit 6 racks of ribs and a whole tray of chicken. Have smoked everything under the sun in it since. Brisket fits easily. Smoke on it comes out great. Only 4 stars bc of the headache early on but overall has been a nice addition

We have used this both for home smoking and for our local youth baseball team, making pulled pork BBQ for fundraisers already...and we've only had it for a month! Everyone loves the taste of the meat! Its easy to clean and maintain and holds twice as much meat as our last smoker. We are very happy with this purchase!

This is my 3rd Masterbuilt smoker. Disappointed with the side wood chip loading system. Too small and issues with inserting and dropping wood chips onto burner. Really an unnecessary inconvenience & no excuse for manufacturing short cuts with this smoking process.

Have used it twice since receiving. So far it has performed as expected. I like that I don't have to baby sit it like I do my cast iron smoker.

Product didn’t work once it was shipped. I contacted the seller 1 week after the return window after my first use and they said too bad. Poor customer service and would not recommend a smoker that has problems on the first use. Didn’t even smoke any items in it. Also tried to replace the top control box and that didn’t work either.

When this smoker is working it is great the issue is the controller. It will error out about every second or third time I use the smoker. I use electronic cleaner on it and get it working. Now it will turn on and will not turn off at set point instead it will go to 300 then error out. I have cleaned the control board again and tried to contact customer support ( none available.) I was just going to buy a new control board but guess what they have none. I might have to buy a new smoker but it will not be Masterbuilt because of lack of customer service.

This machine has been the best thing I ever purchased my dad, he loves it so much, I take my ribs to him so he can smoke them for me, I package them and then freeze them so I could have smoked ribs when I want them. This machine is the best thing I have ever purchased, is not easy to keep clean, but after every use my dad cleans it and leaves it like brand new. I would recommend
