It works as described. Good solution for dedicated 911 phone lines.
Awesome custom phone to make one way calls to the 911 service. It also receives calls as a normal landline phone should do.

Pretty cheaply made
The phone is cheaply made. There is no rj11 port on the back but instead just a wire hanging out from inside the phone. The word emergency is not printed on the phone but stuck on with stickers some of which were misaligned and would still move against the surface. For the price I recommend maybe a different phone.
