Ordered it a size larger than I need for a good lose fit and that tactic worked! Lovely colour and good quality material. The full length zip is a good idea, however it splits in places so I may have to return this item if the zip ceases to function. The garment came with a great deal of lose cotton pile, which soon deposited itself all over the house - I don't know if I was just unfortunate or if there is some lack of finishing to the material in the production process. I've washed it once now - it dried quicker than expected for such a heavyweight gown - and the shedding is less now though there is still some. I'm persevering because it is so hard to get cotton chenille these days and the style is what I wanted!

After reading many reviews I decided to purchase a more expensive one as reviews were complaining of how much fluff is shed. I am disappointed as it DOES shed fluff and I have washed it on a cold wash 3 times hoping the fluff will go. Sadly it hasn't and therefore can only give it a 3 star rating. If I hadn't already washed it I would have sent it back. I do hope I can wear it to lounge in and not think it has been a complete waste of money. There, I have been totally honest.

Arrived in Good time, perfect fit, lovely colour, tried in on over a black top and the top was covers in fluff...so disappointed washed it straight away looks like it will need several washes to get rid of the fluff. since writing this review, I have washed it twice more, the fluff is still a problem, wore it outdoors after my husband tried to brush the fluff away we needed to sweep the patio. Very disappointed. Wish I had not bought it....

This was a purchase made by my wife she was pleased to have found the cotton chenille robe after much careful searching. The robe measured perfectly up to her expectations and she is delighted with the product in every respect. It is of excellent quality, a pleasure to wear and fits a treat.

I am really pleased with this gown. It looks really good much more stylish than a belt.I was a little bit disappointed with the fit as it is a little large but I think that if I had got the smaller sizeIt would not have been comfortable sitting around and that is mostly what I I do in it.Very warm and cosy.

Just love this dressing gown. It looks great and fits perfectly and is warm and cosy. HOWEVER! It sheds fluff everywhere, even after many washes and tumble drying to remove excess fluff. Also I've used sticky lint rollers, all to no avail. I have to vacuum every inch of every room I've been in as the fluff seems to congregate like tumbleweed in every corner. Any advice apart from simply not wearing it? Not an option as I love it! I give it a 5* rating for everything apart from this problem.

The chenille makes this a very soft, cuddly housecoat. I love the design and fit too - the detail on the bodice looks really pretty. And it’s a beautiful periwinkle blue that surely would suit anyone. I’m 5ft 6ins, and it reaches almost to the floor without slippers on.It’s cotton so it’s not as hot to wear as polyester - which suits me fine.

Beautiful green colour. Size 20 ordered 2x bit big.Will give off colour and fluff during washing a few times. Then will be fineBought red one before but it's so comfortable and cosy warm
