Good glimpse of army life with appropriate recipes. Or should it be the other way round - Recipes placed in an army context.

Content wise very good but the book binding is not upto the mark.

Recipes and memories beautifully blended together. It will take you down your own memory lane into your mothers kitchen and happy voices around the dining table.

Fantastic read.

The book itself is really good. Not just a typical cookbook but also interweaved with interesting anecdotes. I gave two stars because of the condition of the book, which doesn't have a proper binding. The backbone binding is missing. Am sure the pages will start falling out. If it is a design idea then it's a bad idea.
