It’s a good size, the only advice is that the rubber insert inside the lid has to be inserted the right way otherwise it leaks.

Can you put hot liquid in the adult 360 munchkin glass?

The Munchkin Miracle 360 Tritan Spill Proof Water Bottle cannot be used for warm/hot liquids because the steam from the liquid will push up on the silicone valve and therefore it will no longer be spill-proof. Room Temperature liquids would be suitable for this cup.

Not that I've seen but the rubber around the middle is a big help for gripping. My 3 year old, and mother with arthritis use it easily.
