Yes, But I dont know if its stong enougf.

Q: Does this reduce the attraction between two magnets at all?

Yes, until the magnets are so close that the leakage field from the foil of the two magnets interact with one another. So, magnets will still stick to each other even after wrapped with this foil.

Q: Does it work in iPhone wallet case to shield dashboard magnet fasteners from credit card magnetic strips?

The shielding will likely prevent a small amount of the magnetic field (DC) from reaching the credit card. The primary purpose of the magnetic shielding is to prevent AC signals from passing through them (cell signal, RFID, etc.). I did a quick test and a single layer of the shielding will still allow a piece of metal to be picked up on the other side (no noticeable change in force) using a rare earth magnet.
