Not so Discreet
I agree with the not so discreet huge writing all over these bags advertising "I contain a tampon" not being the best of ideas. The only reason I am buying these is I'm due on when I'm on holiday in Italy and these will make everything a bit easier, but any other time I wouldn't be buying these. They need either a tiny website name on them, the ability to turn them inside out or as someone else said, a removable sticker.

Better for teabags than tampons
Bit disappointed by these bags.1. They're too small. You hold the bag open with one hand, and swing your sodden tampon by the string with the other hand. The plan is to get the used tampon into the bag, but it's easier said than done as the bag is so small and the tampon is wet. The advert says the bags can be used for soiled sanitary pads as well, I'd disagree with that - small knicker liners yes, pads no.2. They're plastic (I thought they were cardboard - my mistake), and I'm trying to cut down the amount of disposable plastic I use. The advert says they're 35% sustainable material, so therefore 65% unsustainable. For me that's too high in the 'unsustainable' field. Apparently, the bags are a biodegradable plastic, but I can't find any specifics about how long they take to biodegrade. Theoretically, everything is biodegradable over a long enough time frame...What these bags are good for is used teabags. I tend to drink tea rather than coffee from take-out coffee shops, so I get left with a soggy teabag and nowhere to put it. These bags make perfect places to store a wet tea bag until I get to a bin.

A fab double act!
I just love this option. I am already a convert to FabLittleBag, it is one of those things that you don't know how you ever managed without! As well as getting a Bathroom Pack which is good value, there is a Handbag Pack included with this option too, and it comes banded together nicely with a red ribbon. The Handbag Pack is a slim case that you refill with extra bags when you go out. It is strong enough not to get bashed up in your handbag. So much better than loose bags getting caught in the zip! The black and white design is surprisingly chic, you'd only realise it was something period-related if you read the small print. And of course the FabLittleBags themselves are pure genius, they make dealing with that side of things so much nicer.

Not so discreet
This is a great idea, I wanted it for when I am out and about or at someone else's home, so I ordered it and the bathroom/refill pack with my online shopping, but to my mind a great idea is flawed by something really dumb.My issue with this is primarily about this version, the handbag variation, it could be awesome if the writing you see on the outside (in the photo) was on a label you could remove, leaving a discreet, pretty plastic outer wallet/bag. But it isn't, it is actually printed on, so if you don't want everyone who sees in your handbag to know exactly what this is you will have to put it inside another bag, which makes this version largely redundant (it does protect them, although whether that is necessary compared to, say, just an actually discreet toiletry bag or even a small plastic bag, I'm not sure)While the inner bags are more discreet they still have fab little bag written on them (I guess as an advertisment?) but not the description of their purpose, I would prefer blank or just a pattern but it's okay I guess.
