**Q: is this 100v or 240v? what is the country of manufacture**
A: Hello Carol,The Bellini Kitchen Master is 110V, with the motor manufactured in the UK and the rest of the assembly completed in China.  It was originally developed in Australia, but we have made modifications and improvements to it when we brought it over for distribution in North America.  If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

**Q: The description of the product says: "manufactured to the highest quality available". Does it mean it is the same quality and functionality as Vorverk**
A: Hello,The Bellini Kitchen Master is able to carry out all of the same functions as the Thermomix, with there only being a few differences.  First of all, the scale is separate rather than being built-in to the machine.  This allows more versatility in measuring out your ingredients before they are added as well as making the scale available for use even when you are not using your Bellini.  Secondly, it has an 800W motor (Thermomix has 500W) and instead of the reverse-blade function it has a separate dull blade that can be easily substituted and used for functions such as stirring and kneading bread.  Vorverk is a German product, whereas the Bellini is of Australian origin with a UK motor and assembled in China.  We have made modifications and improvements to the Bellini when we brought it over for distribution in North America. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

A: I've been using mine in the USA since January - it has been great so far! :-)

I'm editing this review reflect the fact that Cedarlane offers the BEST customer service I've encountered in a long time. They are very responsive and incredibly quick to fix any issues you might encounter, including hassle-free replacements. I'm as happy with the machine as I am with their support. Highly recommend this company and Bellini Kitchen Master.------------------All I really needed was a blender and food processor and this gadget seemed like it would fit the bill. The heating, stirring, whipping, etc. were just extras that I thought I wouldn't use much, plus the jar seemed too small to cook a full meal for a large family, but I decided to take a chance anyway.First impressions: this machine is very solid and well built, much more solid than my old Oster blender. It will pulverize ice and do anything my old 12000 watt blender could do, and with less shaking and in less time.Now, on to the rest of the bells and whistles: I thought I would never use it for cooking (I do, after all, have an Instant Pot), but the convenience of throwing in some onions and garlic, chopping them, and cooking them in the same jug is unbeatable. Soups are a breeze. Risotto was super easy and delicious. White rice was perfection; each grain perfectly cooked and without clumps (unlike rice in my Instant Pot, which is just ok). I thought I would never use the steamer, but steaming veggies while cooking rice was a time saver. Pasta sauce is incredibly easy: chop and stir fry your veggies, add the rest of your ingredients, and have the machine blend, stir and cook while you take care of something else. My family's favorite so far has been the strawberry terrine from the recipe book (picture attached; looks like a mousse), which takes all of 5 minutes to whip up.Conclusion: VERY pleased with my purchase. If you have a large family, you will probably not be able to cook a full main course meal in the Bellini (that's what my 8 quart instant pot is for), but you should be able to make enough sides (including deserts) to accompany your main course.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Budget Alternative to Thermomix

This appliance is the budget alternative to Thermomix. I was searching for the Thermomix when this popped up and I decided to go for it. It comes with two stainless steel blades: one very sharp and one dull. I prefer this set up to the reverse blade of the Thermomix. It also comes with a separate weighing scale. Again I prefer this to the Thermomix built-in scale. Now I know that some folks may regard these two features as a minus, but that is just me.So why not a five stars rating? Well, the bowl cover is incredibly hard to put on. In fact, I sent back the unit because of the tight cover. I later learned it was by design. I had no time to troubleshoot it as I traveled shortly after taking delivery. I opened the package very near the end of the return window.I will advise the purchase of extra bowl to permanently store the dull blade as swapping blades could result in injury if not handled carefully. I intend to repurchase it during the forthcoming holidays for use in my vacation home.The Kitchen Master and Thermomix both share similar limitations: suitable for a small family size of one or two people. While the Bellini may look like a cheap imitation of the Thermomix it is anything but cheap when it comes to its construction.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At first I was hesitant and I don't want to have to change from the cutting blade to dull blade during cooking

I bought this Bellini on Thanksgiving of 2017. Many of my friends have bought Vorwerk Thermomix. No one can resist all the convenience and benefits it has to offer. However, for me, I don't need the built-in scale or the chips to guide me step-by-step. All I need is a blender-cooker-timer all-in-one. Bellini meets my need. At first I was hesitant as I don't want to have to change from the cutting blade to dull blade during cooking. I called the customer service, and was told by Dustin that he himself seldom use the dull blade, just lower the speed to 1 and it won't shatter the materials. So far I've used it for several months, I've used only the cutting blade. I use Vorwerk Thermomix recipes on Bellini -- all works! You name it -- Mexican, Chinese, Italian...: soups, mashed potato, sweet and sour sparerib, Taiwan three-cup chicken, chicken tortilla soup, risotto... I am using it almost everyday. As you almost don't need to add extra water in cooking, the constantly turning blade can instill the flavors from the herbs and seasonings into the meat effectively, that is the reason that this type cooker can produce tasteful dishes within about 30 minutes. Compared with traditional cooking, it actually is time-saving as you can multi-tasking.I haven't tried it for making doughs though, because I have a bread machine for that job and I limit my flour diet.Why I volunteer to write this review from my busy schedule (sorry I can't afford more time to polish my writing) ? I hope more people will buy this very reasonably-priced and highly functional product, so the business will thrive and be able to serve us better in the long run. I'd say such a cooker which integrates the several essential elements: stanless steel cooking body, high-powered blender, efficient cooker, and timer is a must for every modern and busy family. It brings you treasured convenience and good life quality.For example, I never buy chicken broth anymore. If I need it, I simply pulse a couple pieces of chicken meat roasted myself, and add water to cook. I'd add Into this self-made "chicken broth" carrot, onion, salsa materials, and get a nutritious chicken quinoa soup in less than 15 minutes!
