I don't get much more battery life out of this than an ancient official dell battery but it was about a third of the price of a new official battery, or even the Duracel version, so it's hard to be upset about it. I can always charge this and my old battery and carry both.It's still good value for me as I've pulled all the drives out of the laptop and run from a live booting tiny usb drive which cuts power usage so keep your computing conditions in mind when you buy this. I wish i could take the cells out and actually test it to see what capacity they really are.

the product is not according to the description and the capacity is much lower. It was swollen from the package and it was nightmare to send it back! not worth the hassle!

It’s a consumable part, don’t expect them to last years!
