If I remember correctly each serving, which is 2 figs, has 26grams carbohydrate, so 1 fig has 13grams carb. The good news is that figs are a good source of fiber with 4grams per serving. They are high in potassium and have zero grams sodium and fat. Each serving is 110 calories. And they are satisfying and delicious! Hope this helps.
