After the battery was installed, I looked back and realized the laptop wasn't charging when plugged in. I looked up on the internet and most of the answers said that the battery is most likely bad. I doubled checked my work to make sure there wasn't any plastic covering the battery's contacts and there wasn't. As a last resort, I tried uninstalling the drivers for the batteries so windows install a new one, but to no avail. Laptop dies immediately when power is removed. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!-Edit:After some emails to the seller, I was sent a new battery and a already paid for return label.
