Can I take my dose at night?

Yes, you can take it at night. This Iron tablet was recommended by my husbands sleep apnea doctor. He needed to increase his iron from 35 to 75 to help decrease his restless leg issues at night. He took 2 pills a day - one in the morning and one in the evening. He did this for 4 months. When tested he was at 75! He is now on 1 pill a day on Mon., Wed., and Friday only. We hope this will maintain him at the level he needs to be at. Hope this helps you.
