Good Quality
I had one of these before and it lasted for several years before one side quit playing - never any problem with battery life. I bought another brand (by accident) and after a little over a year the battery stopped holding a charge for more than a few hours. I bought another the Bolle & Raven units and have been very pleased so far. Bottom line, it is worth a couple of extra bucks to get a quality built product.

This device saved me a fortune by turning my wired Bose headset into wireless!
UPDATE: June 24, 2023Originally, I gave the AirMod a 4 ⭐ rating because of its design that 1) doesn't permit charging while using it and 2) requires use of a non-standard, proprietary cable for charging. However, I've since revised my rating to 5 ⭐.Now, 5 years after purchase, I'm still using this adapter with my Bose QC 15 headphones, which, amazingly, are still working well after 13 years! I've had to replace the ear pads on them about every 2 years, and all of the leather on the headband has nearly worn off, which means that the padding is gone, too. Yet they are still very comfortable. Before getting this AirMod adapter, I never used my QC 15 headphones. In fact, I lost the original cable that came with the headphones years ago. However, since owning the AirMod BT converter, I don't feel the need to use cables, even though I use my Bose headphones nearly every day. Even with all of that use over the past 5 years, I still get at least 6 to 8 hours of battery life per day per charge, and the AirMod has worked flawlessly with every phone and other Bluetooth device I've ever tried it with! The only reason I'm posting this update is because I came to Amazon because thought I'd lost my charging cable (I found it). I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a replacement, since the product is so old.Well, I was thrilled to know that, not only can I a purchase another AirMod for $45, which is what I paid for my current one back in 2018, but I could purchase a replacement charging cable for only $10! I'm just going to go ahead and purchase a second unit so that I will always have one charged and ready to go, since the unit can't be used while charging, and I'll also have a spare cable on hand!ORIGINAL REVIEW...Bose should just partner with these folks. I had an old Bose QuietComfort 15 headset that I was going to get rid of because I wanted the convenience of wireless. I saw this device on Amazon and decided to try it because of the large number of positive reviews. I didn't expect it to work so well! Now, I'm still using my Bose headphones at least 7 years after buying them, plus, I saved a fortune by not having to purchase the dedicated wireless pair.PROS- Fits so nicely onto the Bose headset that you'd think it was a factory mod; you can even leave it attached and the headphones will still fit nicely inside the original Bose headphone case- Good sound quality- Pairs very quickly using a dedicated pairing button- Able to control volume, fast forward to next song, and rewind to previous songCONS- Can only pair with a single device at a time. Personally, I like this feature because I don't have to worry about interruptions from another device, and since this connector pairs so quickly, switching devices is easy.- I wish it had an OFF/ON switch with dedicated positions. Instead, this connector has a single OFF/ON button that you have to hold for a few seconds.- For charging, uses a connector that is USB A to 1/16" female. I wish that it used USB A to micro-USB or USB C. When I travel, I have to always make sure to carry this extra connector with me. Fortunately, it fits nicely inside the original Bose headphones case.- The fast-forward/rewind buttons are shared with volume up/down, which is not ideal, but does save on cost.- When finished with a listening session, you have to remember to turn off both this connector and the Bose headphones themselves.

Not worth the money!
I cannot hear on this product. It is very static filled and cuts in and out. I was out of town and missed the window to return. Not worth the money.

Good Bluetooth adapter, prolongs the usable lifespan of my head phones.
I love my Bose QC15 headphones. I bought them new in 2010 and used them extensively when traveling for work. Originally I used them in my iPod and later in my phone. But newer phones don't have a plug for headphones so I was looking at just using them on my home stereo.Luckily, just brute my trip to Scotland, I looked on Amazon and found this Bluetooth adapter for my beloved headphones. Could THIS be the solution I was looking for?YES! Yes it was. The adapter arrived early, charged quickly, and inserted easily. The only issue I had is when you seat the adapter in, if you push it all the way into the port it tends to push too far in, this making a poor connection and go from stereo performance to mono. With a little adjusting (pulling in and out) you hit that sweet spot and you are golden. I used these adapters for over 8 hours without issue or killing the battery. The adapter looks good and looks like it was an original part of the QC15 headset design. My friend was actually a bit jealous as her earbuds are not noise quieting. Would I purchase these again? Absolutely! Do I recommend them? Yes I do. The only two downfalls of this product were the charging cord and having to find the sweet spot when installing. A small piece of black foam tape applied will act as a space and keep it properly placed. I give it 4 stars due to the charging cord and finickiness of plugging the adapter in.
