And I was so impressed with this lamp that I got three lamps in total for my apartment. Here are few things that I liked most about this lamp* Easy to unbox and install. Took me literally less than 15 mins to put it together.* Simple design and doesn't take too much of space.* You can schedule it to have it turn ON at set time. I am using this feature along with my alarm by smart speaker.* Compatible with Google and Alexa. I have configured it with Google and setup was very easy. [Check out the video]* Love the dimming ability and that feature works great with smart speaker as well.And one thing that can be improved is the design of switch on lamp. It's a single switch for all functionality (on/off, light power up/down). It's easy once you get it but I wish they can add three touch sensitive area + (power up), ON/OFF and - (power down). But anyway it doesn't bother me much as I operate them mostly through my smart speakers.I am very happy with purchase and a discount coupon made it a steal deal. I saw other brand similar lamps with no integration with smart speaker listed for much higher price tag.

It works great, To pair it you need to plug in 10 sec then unplug and plug three times then leave it plugged, it’ll start flashing then you can proceed with the set up on the app.

We’ve been struggling with a dark lit living room way too long, it was so bad we’ve had guest comment on how dark it was or how could we see? Just to get an idea our living room is 16 x 25 feet with 14 feet ceilings, so finding ONE light to brighten it was difficult by far. Our goal was to eliminate the need of multiple lights running.This lamp is the answer to our prayers!Look at the difference in my pics of the same room on the same night!! One shows just my ceiling light on with not much lighting and the other is with JUST THIS LAMP!!!! Big difference!! This one light lit the living room more than we thought it would. We’v been using it for two weeks without any glitches or problems!The quality is a strong metal rod and base! It took no more than 5 minutes to assemble! I did not need the instructions for assembly since it was pretty much put together all I needed to do was screw each rod in order. It is not wobbly or angled like all the other cheap lamps we own. The base has rubbery foam like pads secured under it which is very important to us cause we have rare Ohi’a hardwood flooring that we don’t want scratched!Using the touch screen button is very easy, it’s sensitive to touch so a little tap while walking past will turn it off or on!To dim you need to touch and hold your finger or palm till your satisfied with the amount of light given off. Whatever light level you turn it off at will automatically turn on at the same level. It saves your last settings. Convenient!The LED lights are super bright so we angle it towards the ceiling most times so it’s not shining in our eyes. The top is an easy to move swivel plate that you can rotate to shine where needed! It does not spin around only an up and down motion.I downloaded the app to our family iPad so we all could use it and not have to individually download to our phones. The app worked fine, just took a little bit to set up, which I expected. Although we do have the habit of just turning it off manually since that’s what we’re used too! We don’t use the app often enough to be able to make a good comment on it, all I know is, yes it works as far as turning lamp off and on with out an issue. The instructions were easy to follow.We are very happy with this lamp!! We no longer have to run both ceiling lights just to see! I am trying to reduce my electric bill so hopefully this helps! Only time will tell.I don’t recommend things to often I normally just suggest however I do recommend this lamp if you are having lighting issues in your home! This will definitely light up your room!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We had been getting these lamps for a while now, they fit with every decor due to its minimalist design and they are great for a home with pets that run around, in my case, my cats run around it and they were never able to knock it over, the round bases is very heavy so it will always stay in place! I like that it takes very little space and the light is also dimmable and hey! it is smart! great job from this company!

Update 4/21/19:Well I'm updating my review after having calmed down. First off, I'm taking off 1 star because I emailed the company and haven't received a reply in almost a week.As far as the lamps flashing: On the night of my original review, we had severe thunderstorms that repeatedly knocked out power. So it may have been that the power went on/off 3 times in a row, causing the lamp to go into pairing mode (hence the flashing). I still believe that flashing the entire lamp at full brightness is a bad design decision, especially if the user has multiple lamps in the same room which causes a disorienting strobe effect.I'm upgrading my review to 4-star since the lamp is great when it works, which is most of the time.Original Review 4/15/19:I bought two of these lamps for our bedroom. They were easy to assemble and set up, and it's very cool to be able to control them by voice with Alexa (via my Echo Dot). Plus the light output is great for any situation.However, two quirks make these lamps currently unusable. A day after installing, one of them randomly went to 100% brightness by itself. We thought it was just a quirk at the time. But then, 10 minutes ago (at 1:50am), both lights started flashing uncontrollably! Can you imagine being woken up by strobing lights? VERY disorienting and really made me angry to be woken up at 2am.It turns out our internet went down for a minute due to a severe thunderstorm, and these lights responded by going into pairing mode. Hence the flashing. This is simply idiotic behavior, I hope the developers have these in their babies bedrooms so they can see what a stupid design decision that was.I will contact the company to see what is going on. From the reviews on here, it looks like this is a common issue.DO NOT BUY until it is figured out! [UPDATE 4/21/19: I'm redacting this; I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I need it]
