Having watched my mother purchase silver bells for her grandchildren, I was pleasantly surprised in the quality. Of course sterling plating is much thinner now than it was 50 years ago on any sterling silver product that is plated in order to keep items affordable! My grandson loved this bell because it is ‘his’ ornament on their Xmas tree. I will buy him a bell for each year of his life for several more years. It was something my mother did for my children and I want going to carry on the tradition.

Item was delivered on time. It was in perfect condition. It was in its original box. I would highly recommend this seller. Item was just as it was advertised. Thank you.

This has been a family tradition for many years. Purchased for my son to carry on the tradition. These bells are beautifully made and with a little polishing each year, they look amazing year after year.

I give these ornaments to family to decorate their Christmas trees with something that reminds us of the special unity that family is.

I thought the bell was nicely done and looked great! I give each of my grandchildren an annual ornament, and I chose this for my new baby!! My mother in law did it for each of our kids and I loved that connection. Grandchildren seem to love the tradition too, and they can see the ones their dads have.

Since 1979, I've been purchasing a Reed & Barton Holly Bell as a Christmas gift for my mother. For years I would purchase this item from my local jeweler. 3 years ago, the cost of the item was the same as Amazon, but the jeweler charged an additional $25 for shipping, which is ridiculous since the item sells for less than $60. Unfortunately, my mother passed away, but willed all of the ornaments to my 2 sons, who I will now buy an ornament for through amazon each year.

The quality of the bell wasn't that great. I have purchased "Reed Barton" Christmas Bell every year since 1990. I was disappointed in this years. The box it came in was the same as most other years but the bell itself was made in China not in the USA even though your description said it was made in the US. I'm not sure if I will even keep it considering the price I paid for an imported product.
