This stuff is amazing, delicious, creamy, smooth, comforting... I could go on for ever! Yes, I know I could just go a bit a piece of brie, but this tub is just too convenient and I find I have less waste. The taste is sooo good and I absolutely love it on toast. It's quite a runny texture, so would also make a great dip. I'm thinking of buying some cranberry sauce, because I think it would go really well with this spread on crackers or toast. Well, there's no harm in trying!

I don't know why there aren't entire supermarket isles dedicated to this stuff - it's fabulous. Honestly, a big slice of fresh crusty bread slathered with this is a moment to cherish.I love brie, but hate the rind - so whenever I eat it, I have to try and chop away all the outside of the cheese and end up with a matchstick sized bit of brie left over. It's frustrating and upsetting - butCreme de Brie solves the issue entirely.This is brie without the debris.....which should be their advertising slogan. I'm happy for President to use it for a substantial fee or a lifetime supply of Creme de Brie.
