Fantastic performance
This shirt will keep you drier than any other fabric, however you will not feel cold air from the wind on the descent.I don't know why I have been suffering for so long on my rides. If the day is cold, I use this and another more colored shirt on top. It is good on MTB rides where I can climb 1000 - 4000 feet and when it is time to come down, it used to become miserable. No more.It feels tight, but I notice it mostly when putting it on.

almost a vapor barrier shirt - and really cuts the wind
Vapor Barriers are super warm vs. weight ratio and keeps all your other garments above nice and dry. I really like this shirt for long runs in the cold. I'd wear this even if its not windy out. Get it and you will be able to reduce some of your outer layers in number or less insulation will be needed to keep as warm. its worth the. money I you run or bike in the cold weather..

Excellent Base Layer!
I have two of these... I can wear under a thermal bike jersey down to the low 40s F. On the coldest, windiest days, there is no question of what I'll be wearing. I highly recommend!
