They are perfect for that purpose. The sizing seems a little inconsistent, but no serious complaint. I am 6'1", 192 pounds and the larges fit me dam near perfect. One medium I have makes me look a bit like I stole a smaller kid's shirt, lol. Don't go for Baby-Gap look. Large is great if you're like my build. Outstanding value for the price. Seriously, I bought these to show off shoulders chest and arms and they do just that. I am not afraid to sound silly. That's why I bought them and that is what they do.
