Cerwin-Vega SL-25C Dual 5 1/4" Center Channel Speaker

I use the SL-25C in conjunction with 2 SL-15s, it sounds great.I used to have a Dolby Atmos system, that's why they're on top of the SL-15s.

Cerwin Vega, What can i say. Great stuff of course. I purchased this center channel speaker to replace a pretty good sounding RCA center channel speaker that's still good. I heard this brand speaker at a friends house and i said, oh wow that sounds live. Now here on Amazon i find i could purchase it at a far better price. Great speaker, sounds superb in my setup i highly recommend any speakers sold by Cerwin Vega.

Inherited two DX-5’s when my son went to college many years ago, never gave them back. Recently noticed a buzz and had to replace the rubber piece around the cone, now sound like new.Connected them to my Sony 900F TV and was looking for a center speaker to fit in a small spot. Decided to stick with CV and was not disappointed.Even my wife noticed, “ what did you do to the speakers, they sound great!”

grille attachments are junk very flimsy i ordered this speaker and it came broken , so did the replacement same part on both

Used in home 3/2.1 (5.1) theatre system. Great clarity in dialog. Perfect price for my budget and We'll worth it. Complements the rest of my speakers which are 20 year old Cerwin Vega and still going strong.

I bought the SL25C center and pair of left/right SL5M speakers to replace my old and larger Yamaha AP5700 (100w) in order to fit into my new tv console speaker opening. I looked into soundbar options (both powered and passive) but didn't like the sound as much as true speakers. The sound on these CV's is really good. About equivalent to my old Yamahas but without taking up nearly as much space. The only issue is that two of the four little plastic nodes that hold the speaker covers on the center speaker were broken when they arrived, so I had to do a super glue repair on day one (hence the 4 stars and not 5). So it's fixed without the annoying return process but of course now I can't take the cover off if I want to later. The other thing I would point out is after hooking up the speakers it's important to recalibrate your receiver. These speakers didn't sound very good until I ran Pioneer's MCACC setup again.

I love cerwin vega - paired the sl center channel with sl bookshelf speakers and 10 in sub for 3.1 multi stereo - sounds awesome for movies tv or music in my bedroom - if i had the room i would have a set of the floor cabinets as well and use the bookshelfs for 5.1 surround sound

Makes the hard speaker sound a little better.
