The 13/15 are a perfect match for the original size 15 wide Keen Flint 2 insoles that I've been wearing daily for a year - no trimming required. They feel great initially, will update if that changes.

Pretty good
Fits in my shoes just fine, but the ball-of-foot cushion is practically non-existent. They would be great if not for that since that is a big problem area for me. So wide width, good. decent arch support but needs more ball-of-foot cushion.
