Tangling up on the sppol

I purchased two of this product and was very disappointed when it arrived. Naturally I had to open the packs to inspect the thread, and was completely shocked at the thickness (or thin-ness) and found that it is also extremely weak and snaps incredibly easily. I contacted the seller, who has offered me a 50% refund and suggested I keep the product for future projects. I am not satisfied with the offer, as the product is of no use to me and would like to receive a full refund. I am currently waiting to hear from the seller on this point, but will update my feedback when I do.

Very pretty

Very disappointed. I expected it to be like normal embroidery threads. The thread is so fine that to make it visible on my embroidery I have to use 4 strands. So having struggled to cut the 4, thread the needle and put them together when I start to sew they get tangled and are difficult to untangle. Not a good buy.

Very thin breaks really easy :(
