Colour Me Organic - Dark Brown 100g X 2 (Pack of 2)

It’s a great healthy option for hair colour but here is the tips for getting best results : 1. When you finished applying instead of using hairdryer i just wrapped wool scarf and that really works . 2. Keep it at least over two hours ,,also very important after application properly massaging the substance into roots for a few minutes for benefit of healthy hair . I guess overall it’s very straightforward except wait that’s definitely the only negative point - hope this helps future buyers .

I was nervous about trying this, but it was straightforward & I'm pleased with the results. I'll update this review if I change my mind after a few days (used for first time this morning). I have curly hair past my shoulders, and some greys. Simple to use & smells much better than that acrid smell from the L'oreals I've always used. I suppose it requires a little bit of hippy diy but not too taxing. Mix the powder with warm water (I used 50g powder), slather it over your hair as per usual, put on a shower cap (provided). I wrapped a towel over the shower cap & left it for 3 hours. This is lockdown, so time at home is plentiful! I don't have a hair dryer so didn't try that. Smells like wheatgrass, or hay. Doesn't stain your skin or bathroom. Didn't flake off (I suspect the towel around it helped). Remember to save the gloves, since you'll probably get 2 applications from this. Bonus: the gloves are a decent size, not the tiddly ones I usually have to try & squeeze my hands into. Only pesky part was washing it out - it took a while, and I ended up doing it twice. I used a bit of conditioner the second time. My greys seem fine (prob 95% covered, I don't get total coverage from 'normal' dyes either) & my hair is becoming softer & thicker as the day progresses, somehow. Apparently the colour develops over the next 4-5 days, but I'm already pleased with the colour.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I bought it to cover my gray hair, followed the instructions exactly, and left it on for 4 hours. When I washed it out, I was extremely disappointed to see my hair was still the same. Total waste of money. I have black Asian hair, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking to cover their grays.

I didn't really like applying it and I hated the smell. It didn't work for me.

It’s doesn’t cause me any adverse reactions and I have super sensitivities. First time I did have to apply it twice within a week, now I just make sure I do apply a thick paste, and leave on slightly longer and reapply if necessary. Over the year I have started adding a little indigo powder - this does make my hair go darker… I have naturally very dark brown hair. It’s not messy as I have now mastered applying it to my shoulder length hair and wrapping it well - I can sleep overnight in the paste also and I’d doesn’t go messy! Keep consist with it … it makes my hair so soft… my mother uses my remaining powder as a hair mask 💝

On sent la bonne odeur de plantes à la préparation. ​-Couverture des cheveux blancs : Elle remplit parfaitement son rôle pour harmoniser la chevelure en transparence. ​🔴 Mes petits conseils pour l'application : ​-Prendre son temps : Comme toutes les colorations végétales, le secret réside dans l'application et le temps de pose (comptez 1h à 2h sous une charlotte pour garder la chaleur). ​-Le protocole idéal : Pour maximiser les bienfaits et la brillance, j'applique une huile capillaire nourrissante (moringa ou brocolis) sur les pointes les jours qui suivent le soin. Le temps que les pigments s'oxydent naturellement à l'air libre et développent leur couleur, ne pas faire de shampoing pendant 48h. ​En résumé : Une coloration végétale d'une qualité rare, fabriquée avec soin. Le cuir chevelu respire, les cheveux sont sublimés et la couleur est superbe. Je recommande sans hésiter pour une transition capillaire réussie ! I was told by a hairdresser don’t use henna it will make your hair horrible I’m glad I didn’t listen to that hairdresser my hair has never looked better and the Radico henna hasn’t got any nasty chemicals in it. I’m so happy with the Radico brand and it’s natural.

I've been a Radico customer since early greys (5 years ago). The powder is different to manipulate comparing to liquid dyes and I need to wait 3h for maximum color adherence (application twice for black color over prominent greys) but knowing I'm not using chemicals is worth the work. It also has a smell but you can add coffe powder to neutralize. I dyed my hair once with liquid dye, after using Radico powder for years, and wanted to do grey transition; the portions of hair I didn't liquid dyed reacted as normal hair with the lights my stylist did. It was impossible to take the black liquid dye so I switched back to use Radico for grey transition and I'm liking it. I've used different colors to see what goes best with transitioning and I found my combination. I would 100% recommend.

Me ha sorprendido que haya podido disimular también mis abundantes canas sobre un Castaño Oscuro. Para mi pelo (hasta el hombro) necesité 2/3 del paquete, hice una mezcla espesita -las instrucciones dicen que funciona mejor con las canas- y no escatimé producto. Traté de imitar cómo lo aplican en peluquería poniendo un cuenco caliente para mantener la temperatura durante la aplicación. Sobre el gorro que viene me puse papel transparente de cocina y dejé actuar dos horas y media aplicando calor con el secador de vez en cuando. El olor que quedó al final no fue malo, el pelo con brillo y cubrición buena. Negativo: la aplicación engorrosa y ya veremos qué tal la duración.
