Not as good as toplexil but passable .

Works like magic to stop the tickle
We originally came across this in France 🇫🇷 and if you have an irritating tickly cough and are finding it difficult to get to sleep this stops the tickle which then stops the cough. Better than anything used in the uk I would definitely buy again!
