This product worked great for polishing my aluminum rims, I had to buy a white and black polishing compound for each step, one for polishing and one for buffing

I bought this in conjunction with some buffing compound I also got on Amazon. There are four different "grits" which means you need a buffing wheel for each one otherwise you contaminate the wheels by mixing compounds. I used the brown tripoli on one wheel, then white diamond on the second to polish some brass items. Worked great.I don't know how well they would hold up in a mini bench grinder, but didn't shed much fabric with use in a drill.

I bought a fire truck I am converting into a food truck. Needed these to poilosh the small areas on the truck a larger wheel could not reach. Held up great and able to reuse. Well made and the multi layers are good quality material. Fine buffing and polishing I highly recommend these.

I use this buffing wheel to buff out headlights here at the Collision Center. They work really well and don't fall apart like some of the other brands.

I have only used the white buffing wheel so far. It was used to buff a smooth flat surface and did ok with the buffing but the flying thread and parts of the wheel made a terrible mess. I am hoping for a better performance with the yellow wheel when I do more buffing.

I was hoping that they were a little wider, and more compact, I haven’t used them yet but will be using them for ring making /polishing.

Works great on the lathe mandrel. Good price.
