I have been searching for the perfect keto style snack that could satisfy my cravings for munchies. Well I have found it! I got the Jalapeño Cheddar flavor and they are amazing! Absolutely delicious, spicy, cheesy, packed with protein, NO SUGAR, 3 CARB, LOW CALORIE, guilt free! This is perfect for those wishing to lose weight or just a healthier lifestyle while not sacrificing taste. My only wish is that it was more affordable. With only 8 small bags it averages at around $3 a bag. You’re gonna want to buy lots but it can get pricy really quick.

Having a savory taste for foods made for a huge challenge in resolving to stick with a keto diet. Lots of low-carb, protein rich snack food hunting and the Fit Crunch cheese puffs have become my go-to option for a low-carb/cal,fat, and high protein snack, ultimately helping me keep on track with my weight loss journey (woot!) on the cheap. While getting them delivered by the box, rather than buying them individually at Giant Eagle is super convienent, I can usually get the same EA quantity for more than $6 less than Amazon’s pricing ($2 EA vs Amazon). Considering the extra Amazon cost padding, I’d suggest checking out Shrewed Food or High Key as alterative options that fit more into the more “gourmet” lane to feel like your order cost fits more into the quality level of what you get. But, as a low-cost, super keto friendly snack that hits a cheesy snack itch, these have been an awesome for my diet.

I found the flavor takes some "getting used to." It's not horrible, but it's not as close to cheddar cheese as I was hoping. Still, for the price and the lower carbs, it's a good buy overall. Just know that it won't be the same as the "normal" crunchy cheese snacks.

These had so much potential and I was hopeful the fitcrunch brand would do as well with these as they did with their bars. They didn’t. They have an instant burst of cheesy flavor and that’s where the fun ends. After a few, i started to pick up a sour dairy/ripe cheese smell not expected from a cheese puff. Once the cheese flavor dissipates, the cardboard/protein ball takes a little too long to chew down and there you are...chewing on protein with a funky cheese aftertaste. I can convince myself almost anything is good in some way, but i gave up halfway through the bag and tossed it. I now have the remainder of a case that I’ll probably use to punish my children.

I've tried the puffs in each flavor and I like them very much. My only caution would be to be VERY careful when you crunch them. Regardless of which flavor you select, there appear to be little calcified deposits of protein that infrequently make their way into one or two of the puffs in the bag, and it is the equivalent of biting into a small stone. I've nearly cracked a tooth several times. I've sampled different batches of the product (and again, different flavors), so I'm not sure if it's a quality control issue, or an infrequent by-product, but you definitely want to tread (er, bite) lightly to be on the safe side. Otherwise, excellent, tasty and healthy product!

My partner loves Cheesy Poofs and keeps a tub around the house most of the time. As a low-carber I was looking for a snack that can prevent me from stealing his (I have a salty, crunchy weakness).These do the trick. They're quite small but the benefit of that is eating them one by one keeps me crunching for longer. They're also more crunchy than those big Poofs, so again, a plus for the crunch craving.The spicy flavor was a perfect amount of spicy, not too overpowering. The downside is that they're more expensive than I would like, but such is the life of a low carb snacker. At least they help get protein in!

I really like the Fit Crunch bars, so I thought I would give these crisps a try - but it's going to be a no from me.While the taste is just ok, there is a very offputting smell to them and the texture is...interesting.I certainly wasn't expecting a Cheese Ball replacement, but these really miss the mark.The upside is that I purchased them on a lightning deal for $17 (instead of $22) so I'm throwing less money away.

As a person who lives a low carb lifestyle, these are a godsend. For me, they fill the Cheeto void. I love the crunch and the cheesy flavor. It’s great to have that snack you can just sit and crunch on for awhile. A bag really lasts! My ONLY complaint is that they’re SO expensive. I started off purchasing these at Costco, where the price was semi-reasonable. Once they stopped carrying them, I was hooked. I’m looking for a less pricy alternative but haven’t found any to be quite as tasty as these yet.
