Quality Treadmill
Arrived via ABF Freight. High quality shipper, carton was pristine. Treadmill appears very solidly built. Very stable platform. Motor quiet but belt seam somewhat noisy when passing rollers at higher speeds. Have been told this most likely will diminish as belt wears. Overall very pleased with quality of fixed base over previous folding base. Interested to see how it holds up long term.

Very disappointed!
For what this cost I am underwhelmed! It is a ritual to get your data to sync with an app that has a one star rating. When on the rare occasion it does sync, it only does so partially. Does not accurately measure heart rate. I can have it showing 180 when I am in the warmup of a workout after about 30 seconds. I would return it if I could!

Awful Product
Had trouble with the actual product itself, and then reached out to to there customer service and got nowhere. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

SOLID
It's a solid treadmill and if you get it on sale, I don't think there's a better one out there. I use it 4-5 times/week and own it since 2015. The only gripe I have are the rails, they're made out of steel and start to rust fairly easily. I had them replaced (under warranty) once but the new ones started t rust within a few months. Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase.
