Gourmet Series Cutting Board with Juice Groove, 14.5-Inch by 11.25-Inch, Natural/Slate

This is an outrageous price for a cutting board...after all you can buy plastic for a dollar. But I have to say this is the BEST cutting board I've ever had in my life. I am very messy, and there is nothing that doesn't come clean when I scrub this thing...red wine stains, dried egg, you name it, it scrubs off like a breeze. It's so durable, it's large and I couldn't live without it now. Full disclosure: I bought a smaller one of these first, it was less money, half as big, and after using it, I knew I had to have the big one. Excellent product. 10 MONTHS LATER: I do not believe I have ever done this before...come back to a review and "refresh" it after using the product for almost a year. I bought a little bottle of oil (for seasoning iron skillets) and found that one little squirt of that oil and a papertowel keep my cutting board (which is REALLY used daily, with wine stains, stuck on foods from cooking...it sits under all my countertop "work") looking like I knew. I scrub the bejesus out of it with a brush in the sink to get it clean, and even have used cleanser powder to get out the red wine stains...so I'm taking the "finish" with me when I scrub. But one dollop of the oil and it's looking like new again. I'm telling you, this thing is worth every cent I spent. (and I can't afford to buy the best, usually.) There are some faint cut marks from chopping foods on it, but apart from that, it looks like the day I bought it. I just remember ONE other product, a gift to me frrom a friend, a very high-end plastic spatula. That spatula and this cutting board would go with me when they take me away.

Nice cutting board. Durable surface but not scratch resistant. Plenty of room for whatever you are cutting. The border around the edges collects the liquid nicely so it doesn't run off. Does not absorb odor. Still happy after almost 4 months worth of frequent use.

My Wife Loves It! She wanted it for Christmas. Every time she uses it, she tells me that she is impressed with using it. Side bonus, this size fits neatly into our dishwasher. So as soon as she's done using it, into the dishwasher it goes, ready for it's next cutting need. She has already expressed interest in replacing our other plastic and wooden cutting boards for these.

These are my favorite cutting boards. I have them in many sizes and love that they don’t release microplastics. I can also put them in the dishwasher, unlike wooden cutting boards. Do your kitchen (and tummy) a favor and upgrade to these!

I have been using this board since May 2025. It is not a bad board overall, but to me the price of around $50–60 feels a bit high for what it is. Literally after the first few days of use, I noticed quite visible knife marks on the surface. At the same time, I bought another cutting board from a Japanese brand, and on that one I dont see such deep scratches. Of course, I understand that it is a cutting board and it is meant to be cut on :) It also seems like knives get dull a bit faster on this board - hopefully that is just my impression. I attached some photos of the board - they were all taken on the same day, just under different lighting. I have not risked washing it in the dishwasher, since I think it would ruin the appearance completely. I just wash it under running water with liquid dish soap, and that works fine. If I were buying again, I would probably go for a Japanese cutting board instead. It might cost more, but the quality would definitely be higher.

This is the 3rd one we're buying, we've had our other two for years. The hole is nice since we can hang it on our pot hanging rack over the sink to try. The juice groove works well too. Easy to clean and handle.

Beautiful board with inlay on one side for collecting juices and flat surface on other side. It can be dishwasher because it not made of wood, but it can be trusted because it’s made in USA and not China.

I have used epicurian cutting boards for 15 years- I wash them in the dishwasher and they are as functional as ever, but I was seduced by this slightly larger and lovely black board with a trough for meat juices to replace my old and HEAVY (two hander) wooden carving board. It is plenty big for carving a roast and so much easier to store/handle/clean than my old giant wooden board and needs no maintenance. The 17.5X 13" size is nice and roomy, but still fits in the sink for a quick hand wash or in the dishwasher. Love it. Well worth the price.

I was super excited to get this chopping board, then I opened the box and it has a very vivid scratch on the front. The process to return something to amazon and get your money back for the shipping costs is unclear. Pretty disappointed with AMAZON, the product itself looks amazing minus the scratch.

Tiens la chaleur, le lave vaisselle sans prendre trop de place. Un must have quand on cherche à éliminer les planches en plastiques sans renoncer au coté pratique. Après 8 mois d'utilisation, j'en suis toujours très satisfaite.
