Venum Elite Classic BJJ Gi

I didn't want to write a review until I rolled in this a few times, its been more than a few months now. At first I wasn't a fan of the way it fit, the kimono/sleeves go right into the armpit and it was as uncomfortable to roll in as it was for other people to grip. Now that its broken in, its one of my go to Gi's for everyday training.The pants are durable and the range of motion is excellent. They don't creep down your backside when tied right or cramp around your thighs and the pant length is great so you're not stepping on the back of the legs.The kimono is clean looking and comfortable. You wont look like a patched up race car driver in this, its very modest. It also leaves room everywhere if you want to add your schools patches to it.No issues at all, I cant think of anything that should be improved upon.*Apart from the sleeves creeping into my armpits - but that also adds up as less for your opponent to grab onto. It didn't shrink too much at all. I wash in cold water, hang dry or air dry. Like all Venum products make sure to order a size up. I also bought a Venum rash guard and works very well with this.

Beautiful, strong, and comfortable gi. I'm 6 foot exactly, and the A2.5 fits me great after a few hot washes. I like to wash my gi's in hot water, so I having the extra .5 helps a lot. I love this gi.

Beautiful gi, but the pants are really short at the hip. If you are a skinny Brazilian dude look no further, you'll look like a rockstar. But if you have any kind of a hind end on ya, and your not into hip hugging plumber crack style gi pants, avoid at all cost.

The media could not be loaded. I am 5'6, female and this was the perfect fit! I highly recommend! Very good quality! This fabric is so easy to roll up my whole gi and belt in the awesome Venom bag it came with!

Terrible fit.

A bit thinner and lighter then the more expensive Venum Elite Gi. Fits the same as my Fuji and Ground Game A3 Gis.The waist on the pants is gigantic.

I am about 230 and 5'11" muscular build...I bought the a3 first and it was a bit snug. I then bought the a4 and it was much larger which concerned me a bit. After one wash the "preshrunk" fabric shrunk a great deal and now the a4 fits just a bit looser than the original a3. I was let down in the idea that the product would hold its size since the reason I was buying a new one was because my old one had shrunk too much. Very comfortable and breathes easy. Soft fabric hopefully holds up to active use.
