The cord is quite thin
Purchased for a Chinese knot project. The colours are good. As the cord is thin it is hard to form the knots if you are a beginner

Really good quality strings, very happy with them for kids craft and jewellery making too
These rolls of string are great. I bought it to make little bracelets with my children and ended up making bracelets for everyone I know!The rolls have loads of string on, It is durable and will melt when exposed to a flame which means you can seal the ends for a neat finish. Perfect for what we wanted.You can melt the ends slightly in order to thread on beads with small holes.The only reason that I haven't given 5 stars is because a couple of colours faded when they got wet. I tend to wear bracelets all the time, and anklets, I can't be bothered to take them off for the bath or shower, and some have faded. Others have remained colour fast. The aqua was particularly bad for fading. This isn't a problem, just remove them before showering - easy.Apart from that, I love them and will certainly buy again.

Pretty sure they have already been used! Some of the reels have lots of cord on but most of them have very little on! If I didn’t need to use these today I would have sent them back! A shame because the quality of the cord is great and the colours are lovely!

great cord for jewellery making
i like this cord. it knots well and holds the knot well and burns to seal the ends perfectly. its not too stiff though like some cord. its still soft for jewellery making. made chinese knots in which work. its quite thin but needs to be to get through beads. like the selection of colours.
