Simple, straight-forward, USB mono-headset. Good speaker and good microphone make this a good wired alternative.

I bought this thinking it was going to be perfect for my home office needs. And it works exactly as advertised. Build quality and sound are excellent. And for anyone looking for a CORDED solution - it is great. BUT - I have subsequently purchased the Logi 301 Bluetooth model - and love NOT being "corded." Again, if you are sitting in one place and don't need to move around much (like, even to the kitchen for a coffee refill) this corded model is great.

Works well. Excellent sound on both ends considering the price and configuration, good intuitive and useful controls, compact and easily hung out of the way. Cable isn't too long but more than sufficient for my setup.However, beware that if you have a large head like I do. It may apply pressure is a rather uncomfortable way, especially on the side opposite the earpiece where the tab at the end digs into your skin. I get headaches after about 45mins. This happens at any size adjustment because it has more to do with the curvature of the band. I got some relief by taking a heat gun to it and bending it out to be wider.All in all about what I expected, I'm used to having big head issues with this kind of stuff.

Works great - I purchased a half dozen monaural headsets from a range of manufacturers during the pandemic, and this brand is only one that still works. Highly recommended.

I'm a remote tech support worker so I'm on the phone 8-10 hours a day. I've gone through various headsets over the years. I prefer the mono headsets so I'm not completely isolated from my surroundings. It's always a struggle to find a headset that is comfortable, reliable and reasonably priced. This one fits the bill. The sound is clear and full and I have no issues hearing callers. No one has ever complained about my mic either. Critically to me is that it is lightweight and comfortable. I have headsets that are much more expensive than this, but they don't perform any better and for various reasons, I've found them disappointing. Also, it's unclear in the description, but the controls DO have a visual indicator that mute is engaged. A red light comes on right above the button when mute is turned on. These are the perfect balance of performance and cost.

I bought it just for $19. I do dictations for my patients charts. This is an excellent microphone with good accuracy. Five stars from my side.

Extremely cheap! Didn’t even last six weeks. Bought several different pairs from different vendors and these were the most expensive. Highly disappointed in the quality. Of course they lasted three days past the return date.
