Game of Gods: The Temple of Man in the Age of Re-Enchantment

One of the most important books of our time
New Age spirituality is creeping into every aspect of our society including our healthcare industry, our business seminars, our seminaries, and believe it or not…our churches! It is becoming evermore obvious that New Age Mysticism is going to be the binding tie that unites all religions into the one ecumenical religion that was prophesied in the Bible, and will exist during the tribulation when the antichrist comes into power.Educate yourself people! Do not fall into this trap. The lie of Satan from the very beginning in the garden was, “and ye shall be like God.” This Satanic lie is being re-packaged into “Enlightenment” or “discovering that you are God” through meditation and mystical practices. This is the occult. Meditation and yoga are not benign. You can lower your blood pressure by simply doing some light stretches while listening to some soft music or sitting on your back porch with a glass of lemonade. You do not need to do yoga or meditation to get there. These practices are spiritually dangerous. They open spiritual doors. Did you know that the popular book “Buckland’s complete book of witchcraft” tells you how to do yoga and meditation? It even contains diagrams showing how meditation opens spiritual doors. The Bible says anyone who practices witchcraft shall not inherit the kingdom.Spirit guides and so-called ascended masters are called familiar spirits in the Bible. These are fallen angels who lie to human beings posing as benevolent beings who “only want to help you.” They will help you all right…help you go down the “wide road to destruction.“ Don’t be fooled! These beings contact humans who open spiritual doors by entering into altered states of consciousness through mind altering drugs, meditation, hypnosis, etc. They are also called lying and deceiving spirits. They may lie and say they are people who lived on earth in the past, or a deceased relative, or even that they are Jesus Christ. Do not believe them. And beware of anyone who says you will become a “Christ,” Jesus warned about this end time deception saying, “and many shall say I am Christ” (see Matthew 24:5).New agers are fulfilling prophecy on so many levels. Learn Bible prophecy and you will see for yourself. This book is worth reading to save your eternal soul or the soul of someone in your periphery who has fallen into this trap.Jesus Christ died for your sins. He is your Savior. The One true God only requires faith in what He did on your behalf. That’s why it’s called the gospel, which means good news. That’s why it’s called grace. In the New Age you become your own savior. But the Bible says there is no salvation by any other than Jesus Christ. put your trust in Him and He will set you free.

A boots-on-the-groung researcher
Today I finally received my copy of friend Carl Teichrib's "Big Picture" research tome, GAME OF GODS - "the temple of man in the age of enchantment." Been wantin' it 'cause I knew t'was gonna be good! Having just finished first two chapters -- it exceeds all expectation!Carl takes a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to research (2018 included an outreach he called "Camp of the Unknown God" at the pagan Burning Man madness in the Nevada desert). Likewise, GAME OF GODS begins with the story of Carl's attendance at the 1997 WORLD YOUTH CONGRESS in Vancouver, co-convened by former UN Assistant Secretary-General Robert Muller, recipient of UNESCO's Peace Education Prize for writing the WORLD CORE CURRICULUM in 1989.Here's a taste of what inspired the young world-changers at the Congress, quoting to the assemblage from a future-vision novel by Demond Berghofer (an organizer of the Global Citizenship 2000 Youth Congress) -- "We begin by understanding that the world can and does have a mind. It's a manifestation of the collective consciousness of all the minds existing on the planet. The great project in the 21st Century will be the gathering of these minds into a single, resolute purpose for the betterment of earth and everyone on it. The nation state that we have designed is an imperfect concept. At best it's a stepping stone to the place where we must now go: planetary stewardship. And we can't get there unless we turn five and a half billion minds from a multitude of cultural ignorances into a unified mindframe... Creating that mindscape is the momentous task of our band of Visioneers. They must seek out the pressure points and touch them to move the power levers of politics and wealth and military might with a new more powerful force: enlightened visions of human destiny."

Interesting compilation of data about those who are chasing devilish schemes
This is a unique book in that the author spent a lot of time (years) visiting conferences, festivals, etc... where the vast majority of attendees were atheists, agnostics, and lost people. The result is an insider's view into how some of these people think (or, in reality, fail to think properly). I found much to like in this book, but I didn't enjoy the dense, staccato writing style. Much of the time there seemed to be a lack of clear interconnectiveness between paragraphs. In other words, it didn't 'flow.' Nevertheless, there are some gems of information within the pages and chapters. The book does have an index, so it may be useful as a reference tool.

Indispensible Reading
I don't feel that my review will do justice to this excellent book because it is such a singular tome. I am on my second reading because there is so much information to absorb; it rates with the likes of Frances Schaeffer's erudite writings and will be a book I turn to again and again as I seek to process all the components involved in the shift in the western world's worldview. Blessed by God with wisdom and discernment, Carl Teichrib pulls together a fascinating array of seemingly divergent elements and presents them to the reader so that he/she might better understand not only the past, but the globalist age that is upon us. This book serves as a wake-up call to Christians that all is not well with our world; becoming watchmen upon the wall is absolutely essential. It is excellent for equipping the believer to understand the mindset of this godless world and to be better prepared to engage those deceived by the lies coming from, not only politicians, but tragically within many churches, and hopefully help to open their eyes to the truth. Carl is a humble man whose love for the Lord is evident and I am so grateful for his scholarly work.

Pretty academic.
I read deep books, but this one is surely over my head. I have seen many Teichrib interviews and like him a lot, but having a hard time getting this.

Best Book on the One-World Movement
This is an excellent book: very well documented, packed with well-chosen information that builds his argument—and the reader’s understanding, leading to accessible wisdom. Having spent years with one foot in denominational churches, and the other in various New Age movements, while pursuing a social gospel focused career in Non-Governmental, and Inter-Governmental Organizations (UN, OECD), I can vouch for Carl Teichrib’s content. These organizations, and movements, are the way he describes them. Having finally found salvation in Jesus Christ (John 14:6), I also now agree with his perspective, analysis, and conclusions. This book is a solid guide to help us understand the growing attacks of the deceptive principality opposing God’s Kingdom. I agree with the endorsement by Gary Kah, that this book is “The most thorough writing of our generation on the history and inner workings of the one-world movement.” Read it now!

An enjoyable, warm and user friendly read on global human kind.
So this book is a truly immense read and Carl Teichrib has done a great job of uncovering and writing on a very technical subject that has hidden itself in plain sight under many guises and names over the centuries. What Carl Teichrib does is to contextualise the “Temple of Man, this Game of Gods” into a 21st century context, building on previous world global movements, whilst managing to keep the language of the book down to a non scholarly level. Having said that, due to the books content material, the flow of the book does require mental application and if you persevere you may well begin to see a global theme emerging within the various chapters.Make of this book what you will but it’s got the Tower of Babel and the antidote written all over it.

Super relevant for today
I very much enjoyed this book and the level of research that went into it was astounding. I couldn't help but think about all the events going on in 2020 and the connections it had in this book that was written over two years ago. I also appreciated the author being a right of center, Christian, Canadian... it was good to have a non-American view of global events. It's defiantly a good book to add to your library.

Excellent read
Game of Gods written by Carl Teichrib is a book worth reading. If you want to understand the Oneness movement, this book will not only inform you, but prepare you to answer questions. Carl Teichrib has spent countless hours researching and writing all in an effort to help us understand how the New Age/Oneness movement is infiltrating politics, religion, and our schools. I highly recommend this book.

This guy did his homework!
Well researched and thoroughly presented. Carl takes the time to cite his many sources on the pages throughout the book so you can reference them as you are reading. Take your time and read it slowly. There is a lot of meat here. Books like this one stand in stark contrast to so many other shallow "Christian" books on the market today - mainly filled with platitudes and politically correct propaganda. "Game of Gods" is a book for those that want to take their head out of the sand and know truth. It tackles today's headlines head on, and shows you how they are rooted in history . The questions he asks in this book, are THE ONES we should all be asking ourselves today.
