If you’re like me (and hopefully you’re not) you’ve accumulated dozens of sets of hex wrenches over the years and you have a terrible time keeping them all together and organized. Do I spend an afternoon finding all my hex wrenches and organizing them, or do I just buy another set? Of course I buy another set! And my thought process is: if I buy a nice set with handles it’ll help me keep them organized. Well, so far it’s worked.I came across these drivers on Amazon (I had never heard of Bondhus before) and I liked the looks, I liked the price, and I liked the fact they were made in the USA. And they come with a lifetime warranty to boot. They are made from a custom blended steel called Protanium High Torque Steel. Admittedly, I’m no material scientist so I don’t know how much of this is just marketing and how much is real science, but I read enough of their literature to realize they really use this as a discriminator amongst other competitors. Here’s my opinion: I’m sure it’s no worse than other steels, and if Bondhus is trying to set themselves apart and try new things with the steel they use, then that’s a good thing. Plus, if they can do this and still sell a good product at a good price, then I’m all for it.I’ve only used some of the larger sizes so far and the handles felt nice in my hands. I can’t make a comment on how the really small drivers felt (other reviewers say they are way too small), but I think that would actually be a nice thing to help prevent over tightening the fastener or breaking the tool.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

These work a little too well, apparently, as I constantly have to replace drivers after they are "borrowed" and go missing. Eventually just bought the two most common sizes we use for the whole shop so they would stop stealing mine.The smallest sizes are a bit hard to hold, and I don't think the grip should have been scaled down with the driver size as much as it was. Otherwise, excellent construction and durability, have not snapped or stripped a driver yet.

I really just got these, but I used one of the smallest ones on a screw that has rounded many other drivers. This one took care of it without a problem. I'm hoping the others are the same.They are well marked with the sizes on the handle. Nice grip and feel.

So far these drivers have been great, they seem to be very well made, accurate and mostly comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, the handles of the smaller sized drivers are small for adult hands. I see this as both a pro and a con - it is a little less comfortable using them but I think it also limits the amount of force/torque I can drive which is a good thing for smaller screws, and so far I haven't found a small screw I could not open with these drivers.Bottom line, I definitely recommend them especially for the price they are sold at, (At the time I bought these, I could not find another good set at the same price range)I also own the similar metric sized set Bondhus 10687 Set of 7 Balldriver Screwdrivers, ProGuard Finish, sizes 1.27-5mm, you will find the same review there :)

I bought this set to replace the Bondhus Pro Hold Tip set I bought first by mistake. Did not like the little nylon insert in the tip of the Pro Hold set. Kept thinking I had the wrong driver as you had to kind of force them into the fastener. These are way better for my use. Retired aircraft mechanic. Been using Bondhus allens for a lifetime. Good stuff.

Excellent balldriver screwdriver set of all the sizes you might expect to encounter, except for large screws. I wish they had included the next one or two sizes up and dropped the smallest ones if they were limited to only 8 screwdrivers. I've never seen a need for the tiny screwdrivers in this set. But I have definitely seen a need for bigger sizes that are not included in this set. So keep that in mind when buying this set.

A must have for removing aircraft radios

I had been looking forever for a decently priced set of ball drivers to use for my SC10 RC car. The assortment that comes in this pack worked perfectly for what I needed. The handles and material all feel normal for these types of inexpensive hand tools (imagine an inexpensive screwdriver at the hardware store). That being said, they do what they were made to do, and I haven't broken any of them, so they must be strong enough.

So much easier than Allen keys. No more dropping them, no more scratching the paint. No need for pliers to help turn the Allen keys in tight spaces.

Good quality, much easier to use than conventional rt angled Allen keys
