Great new 8Bit Classic Nintendo Video Game figure of 1989's BATMAN! NECA has really surprised me with a few of these such as this one, RAMBO, FREDDY KREUGER and ROBOCOP to name a few of the very few to be released so far. The articulation here is great as usual and the packaging / display box is equally wonderful with fantastic artwork. It is weird seeing a purple Batman however, it doesn't take anything away from this little gem. Highly recommended to the collectors out there and video game fans, especially of classic Nintendo! Can't wait for NECA's newest NES Classics being released later this year, GREMLINS 2 "THE NEW BATCH", GODZILLA and ALIEN 3. A+

Bought this as a gift to my husband who is Batman's #1 fan. He loves it! Great quality. Cloth cape is a nice touch. Excellent detail. Even the box that it came in is really cool! Unique color--Great addition to his collection.

I can't say enough about this NECA Batman 1989 first appearance in a video game figure! First off the shipping was fast and the figure including the box which is important for me because I don't remove my figures from the boxes came in Excellent condition. Great paint job and sculpt to give it the 8-Bit gaming feel. Overall 10 stars it's a must have for any BatFan and those of us who remember and love the Tim Burton and Michael Keaton Batman movie!

I love this figure I mean i used to have the nes game but now that neca had brought out something like this for a film that i love too and in the nes Box to now that is something that you have to say now to bad it doesn't play the music from the game when you open it up and its purple to like the game

Batman is my favorite superhero of all time, so of course I had to pick this one up. Being my fifth figure in the NECA video game adaptation line, I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The sculpt is on point and has no flaws, the retro style boxing is really cool, articulation is very flexible, and the color scheme to this classic character is one of a kind! Accessories include interchangeable hands, his grappling gun, and a batarang. Each has incredible detail and works very well. I would give this figure 5 stars but I had to contact the seller because it didn't arrive on the delivery date, and when contacted they gave me the whole "I don't know what happened" speal. Other than that it really kicks ass and is worth it for any collection!

I just wanted to write in order to endorse the previous reviews, this is pure art....As soon as I opened mine I immediately ordered another one to keep in the box (MIB). That's how good and NOSTALGIC this figure is. Pure awesomeness in plastic form!

I love it, but the promotional photos weren't representative of the final paint job, which doesn't look nearly as nice. Still love the figure though and glad it exists!

i have all the neca 8-bit line so far and none of them have been a anything but perfect this version of batman is no different amazing concept for a figure and very well executed by NECA , if you are into collecting figures in this size and scale then don't hesitate to pick this one up as the 8-bit line are all limited to one production run.articulation is great to no loose joints and every pose seems to work (it does for in my opinion anyway). A big selling point for me also is that thses figures come packaged in a very nice box very collector friendly with a flap that opens up on the front for mint in box collectors , it just feels that your getting a lot more for your money due to the way these are packaged , for just over £20 you cant complain at the quality.

Very accurately made to the original NES game, the box that it came in is also very nice as it replicates the style of the old NES boxes as well, this is a must have for batman/retro gaming fans!

This figure would be a great start to collect the video game collection
