What a deal, thick sillicone, firm but still requiring transport device to oven.The pie plate is nicely make and the cake pans too.I bought this to replace one I had been using for yearr. I made the mistakeof roating smoked zucchini and the silicone does absorb the smoked scent.This is common to all silicone pans. So now I have silicone for baking savory,and silicone for baking sweet. The dish clean up is a snap no matter what is made.

I purchase the silicone bakeware for my motorhome for the light weight and flexible. They work appropriately. You just have to be careful as they bend easily in and out of the bake oven.

I’ve used just one so far but they work perfectly. Make sure to put in cookie sheet for sturdiness. So far I’m loving these

I don't know what took me so long to switch from non-stick metal to silicone. So far, I have made quiche, pumpkin pie bars, brownies, and cookie bars and was able to remove the food from the pan and cut it on a cutting board. (I woiuldn't use a knife with these pans, anyway.) I think my favorite, though, is the quiche. It came right out of the pan. I put it on a plate and cut and served it at the table. In each attempt so far, I sprayed a little cooking spray in the pan, which may help with removing the item from the pan. Clean-up was quick and easy.I gave only 3 stars for durability because I have had these only for a few weeks. Time will tell.

These arrived in the mail the other day and I am looking forward to trying them out. They were smashed in the box with the other items I purchased, however, once I separated them, they went right back to their original shape. I have had silicone bakeware before and loved them. I will come back and update after I use them the first time.Update 1/20/2016: These are great! I have baked using these and they didn't stick at all. I changed my rating to 5 stars. I've not had a reason to use the pie pan yet, but I've made brownies, cake, and a meatloaf with the other 3 bakeware pans and am very pleased. I do put them on a baking sheet just because they are a little flimsy when you have raw batter in them and I don't want them to spill. But it's not really necessary as long as you support the bottom.

So far I have used the pie plate and the square brownie pan. They are perfect, easy to clean, non stick. I was originally looking at separate individual pans for home and then for camping, but this set was a very economical solution. I have a couple of extra "pans" for the price, good deal!

The non-stick silicone baking dish is perfect for baking. Simply pour the batter n it takes it's own shape. The baking texture comes òut perfect every time. Clean up is almost a breeze. It's stackable for easy access. I bought these for my niece because I have them n she loves the way it works. She baked in them n I was pleased to see how perfect it came out. It doesn't burn. Would recommend!!
