you cannot use this item. It comes with pieces that  you plug into the controllers like the nunchuck, and you cant ever plug them in and use them. The game actually asks you to unplug them "youre using an in compatible device" complete and total rip off. Im extremely disappointed. I do enjoy the biggest loser game without them, but this accessory kit is complete and total crap.

Ok, so the weights are weights and do what they are intended to do...I guess.I was just expecting more interaction. The 2-4 pound dumbbells have a cut-out to insert the Wiimote and/or Nunchuck, so I was expecting more interaction between my movements and the Wii Fitness...Perhaps a movement count?The kit also comes with two wrist/ankle weights, a jump rope, and a very light resistance band in which you also insert the Wiimote and Nunchuck.Finally, should you actually break a sweat; the kit also supplies wrist and head sweatbands.The product could be much more interesting simply by creating more interaction. The box says that it is compatible with

    .The only reason I give it the extra star is that it actually is what it says it is.  It may be moderately helpful to a beginner. I will stick with free weights.The best part is looking at the nice picture of Biggest Loser's Mikey on the box, still makes me say "Ahw".
