I have used this chicken for years buying it at cost co the only problem is one of the cans is bent and it had to be packed that way when it was shipped.

This ridiculous recipe boasts 100% Amazon marketplace ingredients: 1 can of Kirkland Chicken, 1 bag Fresh Broccoli florets, 2 Tbs. ea. of dehydrated carrots and celery, 1 Tbs. of dehydrated onion, and 2 cups ea. of Chicken broth and water. Bring water and broth to a boil with the carrots, celery and onions to soften them, add the broccoli florets and cover. Boil until just a bit softened. In a blender, pour the mixed veggies, together with the water and briefly pulse to your desired smoothness. Meanwhile, rinse out and dry your saucepan, melt 3 Tbs. butter, then blend with 3 Tbs. flour into a roux and whisk for 1 one minute or so. Add one 12 oz. can Carnation evaporated milk. Stir until just thickening. Return blended vegetables to the roux/bechamel and stir until the whole mess is sufficiently thickened. Voila! (That's it!) Garnish with a shake of grated Kraft Parmesan cheese, a pinch of chives, cayenne pepper etc. Enjoy.

I was surprised by the quality of the product. I also noticed there are large chunks of chicken, not shredded pieces. I buy this for my 13-year-old Pomeranian. The chunks are so big, that I have to cut them up, in order for LiLi to eat them.

Whether its whipping up a quick casserole or garnish for a salad, you can't beat it. So i got one can and just made chicken salad sandwiches for my boys and friends and boy did it get compliments- that was a new one. So i made one for my husband who only wanted a lite meal during the heat wave. He came back for seconds and asked why i hadn't made chicken salad sandwiches before!
